Shipping policy

Orders with standard shipping are dispatched within 1 business day and sent via our selected courier. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day. Shipping can between 3-5 days. 

Parcels will be left in a safe place. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe and secure physical address (no PO Box deliveries available), and any specific instructions as to where to leave the parcel. 

Ginger Bear offers free standard shipping for orders over $ 50.00 within Australia and New Zealand and all orders under $ 50.00 will be charged a flat rate of $ 5.00 shipping. 

Goods are dispatched and delivered on business days. No delivery will be made on weekends or public holidays. 

Once items have been shipped, we take no responsibility if a product arrives damaged or is missing. We will do all within our power to help you make a case with the courier. Replacements can be made if stock allows.

If a package is unable to be delivered to the said contact address, we will contact you to organise a re-delivery at your cost. If this fails, you will be refunded the purchase cost.
